KISS' 40th Anniversary Limited Edition Box Set: See What's Inside

KISS is honoring their fortieth year since releasing their studio albums with The Solo Album Collection, a limited edition box set prepared to release next month.

Curated by bandmates Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley, and Peter Criss have curated only 300 exclusive bundles retailed for $299.95, all of which will be available worldwide for purchase on October 15 to celebrate the rock band's long legacy.

Inside the collection include four 12x12-inch posters of the LP covers and turntable slipmats with each member's face printed on the front, as well as a specially-designed tee, pin badges, and a drinks coaster. Additionally, the assortment will also contain four 180g colored vinyl of the albums recorded by each original member.

In related news, the musicians have been announced to open the season finale of America's Got Talent, airing on NBC at 8 PM EST tonight (September 19). As previously reported, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers will rock the stage for a two-hour presentation on the competition series.

News of KISS' exclusive box set release and AGT gig comes on the heels of the group marking their 35-year milestone that the rock legends bared their faces on the tube since doing so back in September 1983.
