The U.S. News and World Report has ranked our 50 states in what they call the list of the "best" states in the union and in my opinon, they didn't do that great of a job. Colorado did make the list, but somehow we only made it to number 10. They took into account things like healthcare, education and opportunity, and based on that Iowa is the best. So, what they're saying is, they've never been to Casa Bonita...? Anyway, here's the list:
